Travel System Problems - Can anyone help?

Have just taken long awaited delivery of Jane Carrera Pro Formula Travel System & am disappointed. Despite it costing the same as a small family car, it arrived with the most woeful instructions you've ever seen, so we've had to guess how to put it together. Sadly, the carrycot & Car seat move about (a lot!) when fixed. There are no instructions I can find on how to fix the different components so I don't know if I've done something wrong. The product has had such good reviews I feel I must be missing something. Any info gratefully received as I can't do anything with the suppliers till Monday.

They should just click into the chassis and then not move which is what ours did.

Thats what i thought. They click into the chassis but then rock back & forth. I was expecting perhaps a little bit of movement, but this is enough for me to fear tilting the pram up the kerb onto the pavement.

I should contact the manufacturers as sounds like you may have a problem.
