You poor things, it is a horrible experience to go through. I can only tell you my experience. I went to a&e and had a d&c (I don't even know if this is standard any more). I had some pain, like a period, afterwards. Then it was back to normal.

A couple of months later, I became pregnant with my lovely daughter. The pregnancy was fine, although I was obviously a bit nervous for a while at the beginning.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I did consider going to hospital but I couldn’t stand up straight and had so much nausea I couldn’t face going.

Aww that’s so lovely about your pregnancy with your daughter. I hope I get another chance, I’m hopeful I will. X

last night I started to bleed red blood and had waves of intensely painful cramps. I passed a clot and was in pain for about 3 hours. I woke this morning largely pain free, just weird infrequent shooting pains through my bottom!? I did a pregnancy test a few minutes ago and the line is paler than it has been but I have drunk lots of fluid. My husband and I are devastated. I was so worried about MC, but I don’t think I truly expected it would happen. I’m not losing much blood today at all, it’s like a light period and I’m pain free. If anyone who has gone through this feels they can tell me what happens from here, I would so appreciate it. Can I expect the painful cramps to come back? I have a scan on Friday to check everything. I’m supposed to be about 8 + weeks but an early scan yesterday showed me at 6 weeks.

That pretty much sounds exactly like my experience. There was one large clot, with heavy period-like flow. Aw congratulations on your pregnancy, that’s so lovely.

That’s ok love. Honestly back in January I was so traumatised and depressed I didn’t think it was going to get better! But over the weeks everything became more positive. I’m really sorry about your loss xx

I had missed miscarriage just over 2 weeks ago. Was 9 weeks but baby stopped growing at 6. I did see heartbeat at 6 weeks but unfortunately baby didn't make it.
I had booked the medication route but managed to pass it by itself.
Was very similar to how you did.
Call the early pregnancy unit to see if everything has passed. They will do scan just to check.

I am so sorry for your loss as I know how much of a heat break it is. I still am very emotional, but praying the next one is healthy and strong ❤️

It does get easier ❤️

Aw thank you for sharing your experience and for your kind words. It’s awful isn’t it? I’m heartbroken. We have s scan booked for Friday. A tiny part of me clings to the hope that it wasn’t an MC and all is fine, but I know that’s not really the case and we’ve lost the little love.
I’m so sorry for your loss too. I hope you’re okay and that you go on to have healthy baby. Thank you again x
