Is this positive??

I took a test this morning. Don’t know if was defective or something but where you can usually see the pink dye move all the way across the window, mine only seemed to go across the bottom. But I’ve been left with a full control line and then half a test line. HELP! Is this a positive? Going out of my mind here!

That was my first instinct too, but it appeared straight away which is what is making me unsure!
