Any advice appreciated.

This is my second pregnancy, and I'm currently 20 weeks. My first I was lucky and my pregnancy was a breeze, I worked up until the day prior to giving birth.

This time around I am in a more demanding role and I usually cope well. Recently however, poor management and staffing has changed this. I feel stressed at work, my mood dips significantly on the days I'm working and I'm expreiencing frequent headaches which only seem to happen on days I'm working - now wondering if these are stress induced.

I feel its having an impact on my home life as I'm constantly exhausted/fatigued and emotionally drained from work by the time I get home, I feel like I'm running on empty. I should mention I had pre eclampsia is prev pregnancy.

Family are suggesting I speak to GP or midwife and go off work sick to rest. I suppose I'm looking for advice/support/reassurance and to ask if anyone has been in a similar position and what did you do?
