Long story but I'd like to hear other people's opinions and if anyone has shared similar experiences.
I'm a young girl. I had two pregnancies before. The first one was planned, but ended up as a traumatic miscarriage. Afterwards I had to get a blood transfusion and surgery to remove the rest. The second one I decided to get an abortion. (My ex was abusive and expressed how he wanted to kill me. Im not proud of the abortion but i knew he would be a horrible father). I had the surgical abortion in July 2023. The surgery went smooth. I got an post op ultrasound afterwards and was told everything was great. The doctor told me to wait 2 menstruation cycles afterwards to let my body balance out again. She warned me that I can get pregnant after the procedure and that it could cause my body confusion. I followed and waited 2 menstruation cycles. By then, I was back to normal and felt great. I had no symptoms.
I decided to go on a first date in mid September. It was great and all, but went for an unexpected turn. I ended up getting too drunk and I ended up being intimate with the guy. He stealthed me. He wasn't supposed to finish inside but he did and lied about it (he wasnt drunk and hes old enough to know better). I swear I felt it and saw it. I caught him lying multiple times after. It also happened during ovulation. About a week later, I start to get the typical pregnancy symptoms such as constant bloating, soft breasts, implantation sensation, pink spotting etc. I had weird orange/pink/brown bleeding a week earlier than my expected period.
I went to 12 doctors. I got blood tests, ultrasounds, But the doctors didn't know why I was experiencing the symptoms. No one could give me any explanations. My friend who uses to be a doctor told me it could be a blighted ovum after looking at my ultrasound scan.
I gave up and accepted the new body changes. I forgot about it for months and was occupied with traveling the world, searching for work, and dating. I never had sex since. My monthly bleeding hasn't been the same either. Now it's light pink and brown. It only lasts a couple days and I don't see tissue or clots coming out.
It's March 2024 now and I start to get more symptoms. I was lying down in bed and started to feel movements similar to pregnancy. My bloating increased and as well as my breast size and areolas. It's becoming difficult to live and function through my daily life. I usually walk a lot because life in Europe. It hurts to bend, lift, and walk too much. New symptoms I've developed this month is lightening crotch, sharp tailbone pain, sharp hip pain, sharp knee pain, spine pain, increasing bloating, increasing breast size, and movements in my tummy that startle and react to touch. Im struggling to live on my own now. The other day I tried to lift a bag of groceries walking home. It was painful and afterwards when lying down, I felt strong kick like sensations randomly. I've went to the emergency room and they told me I'm normal. I feel stuck.
I swear I feel pregnant and after researching, my symptoms do match with third trimester symptoms. I'm usually a very healthy person and usually have no problems. I have no problems with getting pregnant (it usually happens very easily within first try). I believe I'm pregnant and I could be experiencing a cryptic pregnancy. I heard cryptic pregnancies are related to hormone imbalance from recently abortion, pregnancies, and birth control use.
Any ideas or similar stories to this? I'm not sure what to do. If I am pregnant, I'll find out by the middle of June.
