Foetal Movement

FTM and I think I felt some subtle movements during week 16/17. Then very sporadic. I don't think I have felt movement since last week although I had a scan and baby was moving on the scan and I couldn't feel it.
Is it normal to feel movement so randomly with big gaps in between at this stage?

I had the same so would say its fairly normal..had a few flutters between 17-19 weeks, baby was wriggling and kicking at 20 week scan but I felt nothing. First proper movement around 23 weeks but not consistent or daily it was very sporadic. I'm 28 weeks tomorrow and feel baby kicking and moving daily now but there's still not a solid pattern. I have an anterior placenta so that may make a difference.

Completely normal. I was 23/24 weeks before any consistency in movement developed. 31 weeks now and he or she is dancing a near constant tango in there!

I had this.
I felt some movements from week 14 but then it got quieter around week 17 and I was so worried!
All fine though, I reckon baby just changed position.
