Breastfeeding - will my boobs stay this big?!

this should probably go on the postnatal feed but seem to get better responses here!

I currently have a 9 week old EBF. I’m small framed 5’3 and petite. My boobs have gone from a 32DD to a 32H. I’m finding it really embarrassing because they are so noticeably big, I returned to the gym and all I can see are these massive boobs. I can fit back into some of my old clothes but non of the tops due to them.

I just want to know will they stay this size the whole time I’m BF or do they settle somewhat? I’m planning to continue BF until at least 6 months but I don’t think I can cope with these boobs!

No, they will slowly get smaller. Mine returned to their original size. By the way, congratulations and very well done for breastfeeding. 💐

Nope they'll go down, mine didn't until after I stopped. 4 children same each time back to original size.

Disappointingly mine didn't return to their normal size when I stopped BF! So stuck with 28G 😖

Mine didn't but they also didn't get massively bigger so a C to an E. They haven't gone done and haven't bf in 3 years.

Mine reduced a little while bf and then went to even smaller than they originally were when I stopped 😅

Mine went up from AA to C during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

They reduced after.

Sadly, that left me with C cup quantitiesof breast skin, but with a highly insufficient AA filling! So if leaning forwards, they took on the shape akin to pyramid teabags (because, i think, all the increase was 100% breastfeeding-related, the shrinking back after merely returned me to the internal volumes i had as a not breastfeeding AA).

I'm not sure if it was because they were super small originally but i ghink this is key; I think if you had say C cup boobs first and went up 3 cup sizes and then shrank back, it might not have the same significant impact as I experienced.

I went from a 30C to a 34F the first time and up to a 34E the second time, as soon as I stopped they deflated to a 32B :( I didn't want to stay big, but was hoping to retain something
