34 weeks with 3rd baby. Feeling really flat to the point that ive barely been eating, haven’t taken my diabetes meds and have neglected tracking my blood sugars. I don’t really know what it’s about, I just feel like crying all the time and shutting everyone out. I had ppd and ppa with first 2 but seems to have started early this time. Now im really stressed as I have a consultant appointment tomorrow and he’s going to ask why I haven’t tested or taken my insulin etc etc and I don’t even know what to say. Just don’t even want to go.

Hi OP, I’ve been there and I promise it will get better.

take the time to yourself, focus on getting your self right, take your medication even when you don’t feel like it and day by day you’ll start to feel better💐your consultant will want to help you :)

also speak to your consultant or midwife about the way you’ve been feeling, there won’t be any judgment! They are there to help and will be able to offer support and it’s best to have the support as soon as possible x
