Help!! 3 sacs but 1 heartbeat found at Ultrasound

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. I went for a scan at 7 weeks 2 days and they have found 3 sacs. 2 were empty but 1 had a strong heart beat. I now have to wait 2 weeks to see if the sacs disappear or if more heart beats appear. Has anyone had anything similar and either found out they were having twins/triplets or what happened to the empty sacs?

I had two sacs twice at this kind of gestation, both times there was no twin. The other sacs were smaller than the one with a heart beat each time. But each person is different.
