Bad back pain at 32 weeks, can’t walk or stand without being in agony!

I’m 32+5 weeks today and since yesterday lunch time, I have had constant lower back pain. The only things I can think of that I’ve done to trigger it is a 15 min walk down to my local coffee shop and 15 min walk back after sitting down for around an hour, and lifting my 3 year old son which I’ve been doing every single day any way.

I’ve tried taking Paracetomal, using a hot water bottle and rolling my hips on my pregnancy ball but nothing seems to be helping, I’m in absolute agony every time I stand up and try to walk, I can’t stand up straight either so waddling around bent over. The bottom of my bump feels softer as though baby has moved upwards so now I’m worried I’m squishing her with my position.

Any advice on what I could try to ease the pain please? Really not ideal when you’ve got a toddler at home too 😫
