Nose bleeds

is it normal to have blood when blowing my nose never have nose bleeds

I had that both times. I think it’s just increased blood volume in your system. You could mention it to your midwife but I don’t think it’s something to worry about 😊

I had blood in my nose/ light nose bleeds quite early in my pregnancy about week 12-16, I think it's quite normal as you're pumping more blood and capillaries are expanding.

Hi I had this around 12-15 weeks I even had blood clots coming out of my nose. Turns out I had sinusitis very common in pregnancy! I’m completely not suffering with them anymore. The doctor said your nasal passages swell up when pregnant and your immune system is more vulnerable too!! Hope it settles down for you soon x
