Hi I am 19+3 tomorrow and I have my 20 week scan! Second child. Is it normal to feel so anxious and beside yourself with worry? I do suffer with health anxiety but I can’t shift the feeling that something is just not right!!

Hi @Boymum234 as mothers I think it is normal to feel a little anxious but please try not to stress yourself too much.

Maybe try a little meditation tonight? Help you relax and get a good nights sleep.

Do you have someone you could talk to about to help ease your worry’s?
Talking to someone you trust about your worries can help take the weight off and getting off your chest.

Im manifesting good and positive thoughts for you 🥰

@LittleLemonPie I have family and a partner I can speak to! It’s just a worry isn’t it my little boy I had 8 years ago now and was very young so didn’t really quite understand the reasoning behind the 20 week scan! It’s all hit at once this time if that makes sense, I’ve also been in twice weekly with high blood pressure so had alot of blood tests ect it’s been very stressful! I will try the meditation! Thankyou so much for replying!

Glad you have supportive family, talk to your partner hopefully can help ease things for you.

Yeah the more you understand the more scary it can be. And it’s understandable if you’ve been in and out weekly with your blood pressure that you’ll feel a bit more anxious, it sounds stressful 😣

I had my little boy nearly 12 years ago and didn’t understand much either but had a very healthy pregnancy.

Hopefully even a 10min meditation can help your relax 🩷

Sending you positive vibes, wishing you all the best for tomorrow 😊 and a healthy, happy 20 more weeks ❤️

@Bonnybairn it went perfect thankyou fully healthy little baby boy😍 but I do have high blood pressure which they think is going to lead to preeclampsia so that’s a worry but apart from that all healthy!x
