Need some advice

So I’m 12 weeks pregnant and I had a lot of bleeding and blood clots on the 14th I went to the hospital they done an examination and emergency scan because I had changed so many pads while waiting. The scan showed the baby was fine and well but they couldn’t give me a reason for the bleeding. I have a slight bleed in the womb which I know some women do have this but my concern is I’m a worrier and the bleeding hasn’t stopped it’s very light now but Saturday night I had a heavy load again but it didn’t last very long and it wasn’t as bright red as the first time. when do I not worry about this, it’s stressing me out especially as I don’t know why it’s happening
I’m just wondering if anyone else has had an experience like this

Experienced lots of bleeding in my pregnancy starting from early as 6w till about 16w.
From 6w till 12w had small bleeds which were fading to brown spotting soon after. Although at 12w had an occasion of proper hemorrhage for about 12hrs if not more that wouldn’t stop obv I freaked out - everything seemed fine with babies but was very very scary and the bleeding / spotting wouldn’t stop for straight 2 weeks. Then another episode at 16w but stopped after a few days.
Currently 23w and everything seems fine🤞
My bleeding at first was addressed as a hematoma although in the later stages it turned out that one of the babies had a low placenta that was causing all the bleeds.

I know how scary it can be but although is not normal it is very common in early pregnancy.
Hope your bleeds fade away soon🫶🏻
