Am looking to use mam bottles - but don’t want to sterilise in the microwave.

was wondering if anyone has the vital baby UV steriliser (below) and uses it with mam bottles. Do they fit in it ok? And if they do how many bottles can you fit in it at a time? And do you recommend it?

I dont have this nor have tried but I cant see this being very effective as how can uv reach every area of the bottle to make sure its 100% sterile

I've had a few different sterilisers but my favourite was the simple Milton cold water steriliser! It's about £15, sooooo easy to use, no faffing atall. I'm on my third baby and the UV sterilisers weren't invented when I had my first in 2015. I sound really old saying this but it seems like they come up with new must have every year that really are no better, they just need parents to feel like it's essential to keep their baby happy. I would save your money for something you will get more use out of, or put it towards the next stage car seat as they are so expensive but worth every penny for their safety

Don't do it, I bought this steriliser and you can only do one, maybe 2 bottles at a push! You have to have the bottles in parts and none touching each other, so impractical! Plus if you have a pump to fit in too you can definitely only just about fit one mam bottle! Ended up just doing them in the microwave which is really easy

If you don't want to use a microwave, what about an electric steam steriliser? I have one bought from Amazon. I can do all the bottles at the same time (6) and it dries them.
