Anyone else tested super early and due December 2024? This is my 2nd pregnancy after a mmc 2 days after my 12 week scan in December and actual miscarriage in January.

Hoping this will be the 1 that sticks and is healthy. Think my due date is Dec 3rd

Hey I'm 9 weeks + 1
This time last week I had an early scan and baby looked good and clear visible heartbeat.
Anyone still waiting for the NHS 12 weeks scan appointment? Mine still hasn't come through yet. I'm just excited and want a chance to see baby 💓

CatCaretaker · 18/05/2024 17:18

Hello, Can I join?

Due 30th December 2024 going off date of LMP, so 7 + 5. Had an early private scan on Thursday and got to see them and it started to feel so real! Can't wait to see them again.

I see some people in thread above have been feeling terrible, I don't know how ye do it, especially with mot being able to tell people this early on, for the most part. Luckily I've been fine apart from manageable fatigue and being ravenous all the time!

Hey, I'm in ROI, but I submitted my registration form to the hospital nearly a month ago and haven't heard anything yet (other than a ping back to acknowledge receipt of form). I think I'll chase them on Monday.

Hi everyone - joining if I may!

12 weeks tomorrow with third baby. Had a private scan at 9 weeks and have to wait til almost 14 weeks for NHS one.

Getting really fed up with the nausea at this point, desperate to feel slightly normal around food again!!

Hi, I’m currently just over 9 weeks pregnant with my first (due 17th December).

I have my 12 week scan on 5th June and I’m terrified in case they find anything wrong. I had an early scan done when I was around 5/6 weeks because I was experiencing some funny pains and they said they couldn’t see a heartbeat. I was told it may just be that it’s too early and to go back in a week to check again.

I didn’t go back because I was too terrified of hearing bad news. As far as I was concerned, we had ruled out an ectopic pregnancy so I would rather not know about anything else. I’ve had no bleeding at all since my last period in March and have had a lot of pregnancy symptoms, including a lot of vomiting so I’d like to think it’s all ok! I’ve also had good hormone levels when they did a HCG blood test. But I’m still terrified in case they still don’t find a heartbeat or something else wrong.

Anyone able to give me some reassurance?

Hi
not always a heartbeat can be seen before 6 weeks.
if you’re having pregnancy symptoms and no bleeding and no pain I don’t see why you should feel worried.
all sounds perfectly normal 😉

PositiveFoodie · 21/05/2024 05:27

Hi, I has an early scan on Sunday and was confirmed to be 10 weeks 5 days. It was exciting to see the heartbeat! This will be my first, due 10th December. How are you all coping with the nausea? Mine seems to be getting worse at the moment, not better (woke up feeling sick at 5am today). Any tips gratefully received.

I'm also gearing up to tell my boss - my role is very high pressure and I just can't do as long hours with the fatigue and nausea. Has anyone else told work yet?

Scared5 · 23/05/2024 16:57

I had a scan another scan today. I was just so anxious I found myself crying a lot and couldn’t face waiting until the 12 week scan to see if there was a heartbeat. I’m delighted to say they found a heartbeat this time 😊 not quite as far along as I thought, only about 9 weeks instead of 10 they reckon with due date being…Christmas Eve 🥰 but nonetheless I’m so happy it’s all turned out ok!

AbbiL0u · 26/05/2024 11:55

Hello ladies, how is everyone? I have my 12 week scan on Wednesday (currently 12 + 2 approximate) so starting to feel more nervous now! Have a terrible feeling it could be twins 😆 my nausea seems to be decreasing now, which I am hoping is just the transition of moving in to Trimester 2, I still feel shattered though!

Bluesea14 · 26/05/2024 22:43

Hi all, can I join 💕 due December 29th. Just had my 12 week scan confirmed for wc 17 June. So excited!
symptom wise I have sore breasts and feel hungry all the time. Haven't had any sickness yet! X

CatCaretaker · 28/05/2024 10:46

@Bluesea14 that sounds exactly like me, hungry ALL THE TIME, and tired, but no nausea. Due December 30th. I think we're just very lucky 🙂

Kr2014 · 28/05/2024 13:55

@PositiveFoodie i have had super bad nausea from about 7/8 weeks and it’s only gotten worse. I have found that if I consistently eat (even if the nausea puts me off) it actually helps! Apparently ginger nuts and ginger tea help.
i am trying ginger cake today 😂 horrible isn’t it constant sick feeling. I also find laying in a warm bath obviously not too hot helps soothe me. But everyone is different. Congrats with the scan going well, goodluck with your journey. X

KaliJones · 28/05/2024 16:47

Just had my scan, everything perfect and due date has been moved to the 1st December! So I’m 13+2 currently. I was given my appointment for my anomaly scan (NHS) and I’ve now realised it will be at 16 weeks. Everything online says from 18 weeks, and I had it at 20 weeks with my last. Any other mums here who’ve had their NHS anomaly scan at 16 weeks? I know it’s to check everything’s fine but I’m worried they won’t be able to see the gender lol

GammaTheGecko · 28/05/2024 19:11

Joining the party 👋 Currently 10 weeks 4 days and due on 21st December, unless my first scan in two weeks (on 11th June) says otherwise! This is my first pregnancy at 26 y/o 🙂 So happy to find others at the same stage of pregnancy, wishing everyone the best ❤

starryx · 29/05/2024 11:28

Hey all! 11 weeks today for me :) I'm very excited. Got my 12 week scan next Thursday and just can't wait. Had an early scan at 8 weeks which showed all was good and a clear heart beat 💓. Hoping the baby is growing OK. Already feel like time is going so fast..!

AbbiL0u · 30/05/2024 12:49

Hello ladies! I’ve set up a group for December 2024 babies if anyone fancies joining for us to support eachother and chat 🥰

https://fb.me/g/p_unXtP1SbQM6ifDja/sHzWvsUp

The group is private so shouldn’t be a problem if you haven’t announced your pregnancy just yet (I’m hoping everyone I’m friends with doesn’t receive a notification I’ve set this up too!). Looking forward to getting to know anyone who wants to join 🥰

Deffo feel lucky! Always thought I'd suffer really badly so I'm genuinely shocked that I still feel fine. The hunger is real though! I could eat a dinner after my dinner 😂 xx

Hey girls - how is everyone doing? I had a scan last Sunday and was measuring a few days ahead of what I thought so I'm around 11wk 4days currently! Still have all day nausea, seems to be a bit worse at night! Looking forward to enjoying some food again, hoping that happens soon!

Have my 12 week scan on 11th June... when I'll be nearly 13 weeks! :) these past few weeks have gone quite quick, how is everyone else doing? Almost out of the 1st trimester, yay!!

I'm 11 weeks 4 days too!! And aw you gotta wait a bit longer for your 12 weeks. I got my scan 6th June so Thursday 😇 probably because I'm counted as high risk due to epilepsy! But yeah it's gone fast and very rapidly approaching 2nd trimester it's crazy. How's your symptoms been now?

littlepanda88 · 02/06/2024 11:40

@starryx aww that's amazing - I'm sure it was lovely seeing little on on the scan! :) symptoms are ok, I feel nauseous most of the day but it's no where near as bad as weeks 7-10!! How about you? :) clothes are starting to feel a bit tight now but it's baby #3 so I expect that! Also the junk I've been eating to avoid being sick haha :) xx

Yeah I was lucky as in I dodged sickness. I was probably sick about 4 times in total but still had nausea which is thankfully gone now! But I'm still averted to some foods and smells especially! I always said I would eat healthy as when pregnant but it hasn't turned out that way at all 😂
