Pill and no period

I don't know if this is the right place to post but here goes.

I just started taking marvelon after finishing breastfeeding and am in the pill free days when you're meant to bleed. Only I took the last pill on Monday night and haven't started bleeding yet.

Am I being paranoid or does this mean....

I haven't taken a combined pill for 4 years and can't really remember how it works.

Also if I do a pregnancy test will it work or will it be mucked up by the pill?#

Well it depends on how you react to the pill, I tried various pills because some made me really icky, some stopped me having periods altogether, some I had a full period, and some I'd get a tiny bit of blood right near the end of the pill-free week.

Basically, the only way you'll know for sure if if you do a pregnancy test, I did a few through freaking out and not one came back positive, but obviously you do hear of MNers getting pregnant even when on the pill. Have you taken it correctly, no illness or late pills?

No illness, no missed pills. Guess I'll just have to wait and worry

I'd just do a test, what's the point in waiting and worrying??! The test should work even if you're on the pill.
