Second Trimester Painful Bladder

Hi there

I am 18 weeks pregnant. If I get to the point of having a full bladder (seems to happen at 3oclock every night) my stomach gets huge and really hurts a long the bottom. As soon as I pee, the feeling goes but it’s a really uncomfortable feeling to wake up. I just wondered if anyone else had felt this?

I also have this, at night and during the day although I try and wee regularly during the day to avoid it. I had a c section for my last pregnancy and the pain is a very mild version of having even a semi full bladder immediately post surgery. Where is your placenta out of interest?
