Hi all im 4+3 today (by lmp) and all day today ive had a horrible pain in my left hip or just above. Its like a pulsating ache and a bit stabby. I had a google know i shouldnt but it said ectopic or growing pains? has anyone else had anything like this its been on and off all day it does hurt. (context im 35 also had belly pain and lower back - all day) please can anyone help
