While in hospital at weekend I was swabbed and midwife phoned today to say I have tested positive for strepb
Can anyone give me any more information is this serious?
Midwife said I'll need antibiotics at birth

Iv had it before it’s nothing untill you in labour and your waters go as long as you have I.v antibiotics in your system for hours before give birth and everything should be fine
