I just got my first bfp this morning, ive had a mix of period like cramps, ovulation like pains and general lower abdomen aches/twinges for the last few days and its getting more painful today (not severe, just uncomfortable). Is this normal? Im super worried about chemical pregnancies etc. thanks :)

Hi, I've been exactly the same myself
I took a test Monday afternoon honestly expecting a negative as I really felt like I was gonna come on, but it was positive and i was very suprised!.
The cramps have eased now but still getting a few 'twinges'.
From when I'm reading it seems normal but you can't help but worry when it's such early days x

I’ve had this in both my pregnancies :)

I am nearly 7 months pregnant with my 1st. The pains were so horrendous I was seen for scans etc as queried possible ectopic - obviously eveything was fine and it was the side I had ovulated from/corpus luteum cyst which goes away. But please I would always urge anyone to be checked over by EPU if they are very worried.
