Pram to fit in Fiat 500?

Has anyone got a Fiat 500 with a newborn? If so, what pram/travel system do you have?

Struggling to find something which fits but not in the position to change cars at the moment.

Thank you!

I have a larger car but have the cosatto wow continental and plenty of the cosatto range are small boot approved and fit as small as fiat 500 🙂

I had a ford KA when we first found out about our pregnancy and i tried our pram in that boot and it fit with the wheels off. We did get a bigger car for ease but they do fit small boots :)

I have a Toyota Yaris with a small boot and found it hard to find a pram that met our criteria and fit. The venicci tinum fits although I have to remove 1 wheel, it's been great as well.

@essynemo great, thank you for this! I will look into the cosatto range 😊

I’ve only had a 500 as a rental car but the YoYo fit with plenty of room to spare

I have a car with a similar size boot to the fiat 500 and we had a Cosatto Wow. The frame fitted in the boot with a wheel removed but the carry cot or seat unit had to go on a back seat.

@Gigimay some of the seats with cosatto are suitable from birth; we had no chance with our carry cot but got the seat/frame in the boot with ease. I know other prams fold small but i do love my cosatto and it might be worth baring in mind about the seat’s suitable from birth when looking 🙂 x

Hiya,
Also pregnant and recently bought a pram for a small boot! Have a look at mamas and papas Strada. Folds down small, is lightweight, goes up and down smoothly. Think it'll fit the bill! :)

I had a Peugeot 107 when I had my first and the Oyster 3 fit in but I had to remove one wheel (really easy). I think the Fiat 500 boot is slightly bigger so you may be able to fit it in.

Cosatto giggle with the handle folded... The car seat won't go in via the door only in the boot across /down to the seat... Not advisable with the newborn in... Ime. Oops...

Have a Toyota Aygo so similar sized boot I think.

I second the mammas and papas flip xt3
Loved the pram. I did have to take one of the wheels off to fit in my fiat 500 but the mechanism is very easy to use and was honestly not as faffy as it sounds

Woodlandcritters78 · 13/03/2024 19:57

Sorry, just the carrycot ⬆️

But the bee is brilliantly compact.

Another vote for the Mamas and Papas Flip XT. I think I have the xt2 and it fits in the boot of my Fiat 500.
