Implantation bleeding?

Hi all,

really not sure what’s going on here. Me and DH aren’t not trying (actively preventing) however today I have had a bleed, when I went to toilet this morning there was blood when I wiped so I popped a tampon in, changed that a few hours later and there was a little bit of blood but changed again and have just taken it out (3.5 hours later) and the tampon was clean. I’m 4 days pre-period but due to stress my periods have been irregular for the last 2-3 cycles.

It’s likely that it’s an irregular period/ spotting before your period. If you’re stressed and your periods have been different for the last 2-3 months then I’d put this down to stress.
You’re close to your period date so I’d hold off a couple of days tk take a test.

Thank you! I’ve always been super regular even after having my first son almost 3 years ago so this is all new to me and was quite shocking really!
