False positive on Morrisons pregnancy test?

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has gotten a false positive from a Morrison pregnancy test. I tested in the evening and straight away got my two lines. So I tested again about 2 hours later with a clear blue digital and got the not pregnant sign. I have pcos so difficult to work out the best day for testing.

Just really wondering if anyone else has had the same? I'm going to wait a few days and test again.

I have also had the same with Morrisons tested very positive straight away then took another test also Morrisons next day and it came back negative

I've seen you ladies have had the same problem I done a Morrisons test on the 5th and came back looking like this! And I've been testing and the tests are coming back negative I'm not sure what to even think as I don't want to get my hopes up :(
I've had really bad cramps yesterday! My period was meant to be due on the 27 June but
I was spotting on the 27/28/29🤷🏼‍♀️
Any advice would help me a lot

@Xxmickixx hi hun I posted on this a while ago if any other brand is saying negative I would trust them to be negative unfortunately. Every Morrisons iv taken have always given false positives I got my husband to wee on one after thinking oh maybe i was having a chemical but nope Morrisons came back positive for my husbands wee aswell

I'll just have to wait until my period comes in July🤷🏼‍♀️ thank you for all your help ladies xx

Should we all complain to Morrisons they need to be re called really giving everyone false hope 😬 I’ve been so stressed over all this thinking there’s something wrong with me

Hi I’ve tested positive on 4 Morrisons tests lines come up straight away, but not on any other brand I’m also a week late for af, I’m slowly going insane.

I am shocked at how many people have had this false positive the same as me! The lines look exactly the same this test shouldn’t be sold! I got a positive on the Morrisons test and then a negative digital within 2 hours. Next morning I got a negative Morrisons test out the same box!

No :( I still haven't had my period

I went to the doctor for some advice as I had that positive and wasn’t sure if it was false after reading online about the Morrisons test and she tested me there and then which was negative also 😔 my period still hasn’t arrived though so it’s now 16 days late and I’m not testing again until a week from today other wise I will drive myself crazy. I’m ruling out the Morrisons test now but I will re test because where else can my period be?

That's the same as me my period is 20 days late :(

I did one yesterday morning, got a positive, tested with a poundland one yesterday afternoon and got negative.. tested this morning again with other morrisons one and got positive. Been 6 years trying and really broken to think they are falso positives. How many people have had them is crazy.

Im going to leave it a few days and do a clearblue.. so glad im not the only one thinking im going mad cos of this..

Hi I’m 6 months post partum and exclusively breastfeeding my son, my husband and I have been using condoms to be safe as we’re not planning on having another baby however, I’ve not a period since he’s been born and I did a Morrisons pregnancy test yesterday and it came back positive straight away which was very shocking. I’ve done a digital clear blue and dip test and these have shown up negative so I’m thinking it’s a false positive?

Hi is this a really faint positive or evap line? I've been having cramps etc went to the doctors and was advised to do a pregame test. 2 digital negative 2 non digital with either a dot or this on here on the line. I'm due in 3 days so I'm going to wait to test again. I also tested late afternoon with this one which I know isn't the best.

This is something that happened to me today. Not trying to get pregnant, have ptsd following a ruptured ectopic last year. On new contraception which has thrown my periods and also nausea and cramps so tested tonight and got the positive ( faint but defined) I checked with two friends who both agreed the Morrisons test was positive.after convincing myself it was another ectopic just spent 3 hours in a and e due to accompanying symptoms and their tests came back negative. Horrific few hours
