Are you in education at the moment? If you are, you should have access to a counsellor or another type of confidential support. You can talk to them for some in person support.
Regarding contraception - there will be sexual health clinics in your area (I'm sure). You can go there and you'll be able to access contraception if pregnancy isn't what you're hoping for at this point. If you're in education, there may be a school nurse that also can provide free contraception (I work in a school, ours provides this and is fully confidential).
Do you have any family, friends, or a partner you can talk to about your situation? It's stressful being in the unknown of whether or not you're pregnant. It would be great to have someone you trust to speak to. Of course, we're here for you too, but having someone face to face really does help too. x
