what is this pain??

Im around 5+3 pg with 2nd dc and keep getting a strange pain sort of around my left hip/top of thigh area. Was driving earlier and i was in agony but it went as soon as it came. keeps coming and going. Its internal. Do i just put this down to 'growing pains'??

More than likely it's stretching pains. Bloody awful I remember - plus I had adhesions from having my appendix out and when they streched it was farking agony.
