nail beds turnt white

my whole of my nail beds have gone very pale an white im so worried as im 26 weeks now, I had slight aneamia, im on 200mg ferrous sulphate twice a day, and I am feeling better for it, when I googled this it said low iron so now im worried so bad that my irons actually just got lower it also says about heart problems which I suffer from a. fast heart im waiting to get a heart scan next week but I saw someone at neonatal clinic she wasn't concerned about my fast heart as I dont have any symptoms with it like dizziness just worried about my iron mainly now :/

thanks for reply but I had my baby now shes 4 months everything went fine my nail beds are no longer white, :)
