Can anyone recommend an online hypnobirthing course? I am completely lost and don't want to pick a not so good one...
I had a hypnobirthing course booked for last Sunday and the lady cancelled last minute so I am desperately looking for something good I can do with my husband from home.
Thanks in advance 🙂

I loved the “Natal Hypnotherapy” one. I had a CD box set. But I think they do downloads now.

I did The Positive Birth Company digital pack in my first two pregnancies and will do it again. I had a really good experience with it and will be doing it again this time.

Positive birth company

I used Positive Birth Company with my son. It was my only preparation as he was a lockdown baby and no normal classes were running. It prepared me really well for what to expect of the birth experience and how to advocate for myself etc. I found it really interesting and empowering. I will be doing it again before giving birth again to remind myself of how amazing my body is and how well it's designed for the job ahead! Good luck! 😊

Thank you all, I think I will try the positive birth company! 🙂

I tried the Positive Birth Company hypnobirthing podcasts but really disliked them because they refuse to use the words woman or mother. That ruined the experience for me.

I then did a hypnobirthing course and they used Katharine Graves' resources which are brilliant: www.kghypnobirthing.com/

I haven't given birth yet and I've been listening to her hypnobirthing relaxations every night before bed, and reading her book - all excellent!

I’m following the plan by The Birth Uprising. I really like it and feel that I relate to the ladies who are the trainers. They have a Facebook support group too once you buy their plan. I signed up after watching their free trial video on YouTube.

I did the Mindful Hypnobirthing online course. Sophie Fletcher's voice is so relaxing. She's a hypnotherapist so you get a lot more audio content than some of the other courses. If you like guided visualistions and lots of practical tools and techniques it is worth checking out.
