When is my due date!? (TW mentions of mc & blood)

Hello, I recently found out I'm pregnant again.

I sadly had a mc in December and I've bled twice since, which have both been incredibly light and off/on, with almost only two weeks in between them both, and so light to the point I'm not even sure they were proper periods and I'm not sure when I ovulated either.
Clear blue weekly indicator thing says 2-3 weeks, which roughly translates to 4-5 weeks pregnant apparently.

Anyway, my question is. How can I determine how many weeks I actually am, or my estimated due date without knowing my LMP or potential date of conception? Is there a way?

Many thanks☺️

Congratulations! If you weren’t tracking ovulation and don’t know the date of your LMP, then no there isn’t really a way.

As you say Clearblue 2-3 is about 4 weeks pregnant so I would go based off of that for now. At this stage you wouldn’t really know a due date anyway as that isn’t calculated until your dating scan at 12 weeks, the purpose of that scan is to check how far along you are so don’t worry. X

Hey, did you definitely get negative tests after the miscarriage? Or a scan to confirm no retained products of conception? Just to be certain this is a new pregnancy with how light your periods were in-between.

You'll most likely need to guess off of your last bleed and use that as lmp until you get a dating scan to confirm how many weeks you are. Lots of ladies with irregular periods have this issue but you'll find out once you have a scan x

Also not everyone's tests go past 2-3 weeks even with healthy pregnancies so it's not necessarily a perfect indicator of how far you are x

Thanks for your reply, yes sadly in December I was really poorly with the mc and had to stay in over hospital. A scan confirmed I had passed all of the tissue and was "empty"😞

So I'm definitely sure this is a new pregnancy, thank you for your message x

Thank you for your message!☺️ my periods have always been all over the place anyway as I have endometriosis so I feel very lucky right now.
Eek I guess I'll just have to wait and see then! Thank you! X

Sorry for your loss. I'd clear blue says 2-3 weeks we can assume your 4-5 weeks pregnant dated from the first day of your last period roughly. Are either of those bleeds from around 4/5 weeks ago, if so I'd count that as your period and then go from there. Could the second be implantation bleeding??
