Vvvvfl after map?

Had unprotected sex on Valentine’s Day and took ellaOne the following evening but now my period is late. I’ve been feeling pregnant, had spotting yesterday, so I took a frer this afternoon and first it didn’t look like much but I squinted something so snapped it open and could defo see a line, but could it be evap?

I see something. Take another brand of test. If your period is late the line should be darker so it could be an evap if you don't get another line on another test. How many days late are you?

Morning after pill works by delaying ovulation. If you had already released an egg on 14th for example, then took map on evening of 15th then you may still have fallen pregnant. Although that would be a very faint line on a first response for 14/15 days past ovulation.

Did you have unprotected sex again after taking map at any point? As if it has delayed ovulation and you've had sex again you may have fallen pregnant then and this is an early line.

No other unprotected sex since. My cycles are only 27/28 days long too, so I ovulate early. Today is cd28 but Flo is normally bob on for me and predicts that I’m a day late. I just feel pregnant.

Took another frer and got this line within 3 mins

I think this is the start of a positive. The likelihood of all of them being evaps is slim.

Can’t see anything on here. If you are one day late it would show now I think. Period is probably late cos of morning after pill it can affect periods. Did for me when I took it years ago.

I can see something on the first but not on the others. I think you need to give it a few days now and then take another test early in the day.
Try to get some sleep as this is all out of your hands at the minute and you’ll face whatever it is when you have to.

I agree these all look positive to me. Likelihood is you had already ovulated right before taking the pill

Not necessarily.
If you had only ovulated right on the 14th or early 15th then you may have implanted later hence the faint lines. The pregnancy hormone doubles every 48 hours though so I would expect the line to be a lot darker in a couple of days.

Dont see anything on any tests ? Test again in 2 to 3 days and a definite line should appear. To me its a negative though on all your photos

I can see a faint line on the frers but map works by delaying ovulation so if it worked and your ovulation was delayed then your period would be delayed too making you appear to be late

I would wait a couple days and take another test but I would expect the lines to be darker by now for most people but it can happen so only time will tell

Mm yeah I do see a line on all of them. I almost had a scare after taking the map last year so googled like mad and there’s so many forums with people who had healthy pregnancies after taking the map.

Also, I’d try taking another test tonight to get a more definite answer. I know you’re meant to wait 48 hours but let’s be real, who has that kind of patience…

@Rosiiee thanks for your msg. I will probably do one later this evening with my fiancé. I haven’t found the words to tell him myself yet, although he’s less opposed than I am. He’s been dropping hints but I thought our 2yo was enough 😨
