Continuous spotting

Hi everyone,
Im currently 6 weeks pregnant. I started spotting pink/brown on Monday. Went to EPU, they did blood tests and scanned me on Thursday. The scan showed I’m only measuring 5 weeks so they couldn’t see anything (I did ovulate a week late so could be the reason.)
They have booked me in for another scan next Monday so 10 days to wait and I’m still spotting and have been daily (day 6 now.)
It’s mainly only when I wipe and it’s pink/brown and it seems worse in a morning. Just wondering if anyone’s had anything similar? So anxious 😥

I experienced continues spotting from 5w till about 10w. Never stopped in between just having lighter days than others. Even occasional gushes of red bleed in weeks 12w and 16w. Currently 20w and everything seems fine. I had numerous scans and they could spot a very small hematoma which they believe was the cause of the spotting in the early weeks.

I know how anxious this time may feel for you. I remember the rollercoaster of emotions those couple of months and how scared I was. Every week was a milestone and tbh with you I expected the worst.
But everything so far seems fine, and no all bleeding/spotting has a bad end in pregnancy.
