Braxton Hicks since 31 weeks

Hi All,
Has anyone any tips on how to reduce the discomfort of Braxton Hicks?
I am 35+2 now, and have been getting them hot and heavy every day. They are quite uncomfortable. I drink water, have baths, move around, but they don’t subside.

This is my 3rd pregnancy. I have never experienced BH like this before. Help!

Are you sure they're definitely BH?! I'm almost 30 weeks and have been having contractions, and maternity have confirmed they aren't BH - my cervix remains closed and long however so they aren't hugely concerned right now!

I'm on my 4th baby (5th pregnancy) and I've had them since 16 weeks. I'm now 31+5 and they're every day all day long. Midwife said it happens the more pregnancies you have 🤷‍♀️ but they're super painful!
