Hi! I got my positive about a week ago and have self-referred to badger notes as per GP instructions. However, today, getting the notification to sign up with badger notes, it's not working and says
'The information on your NHS login profile doesn't match with this Badger Notes invite. Please contact your care provider to ensure that the data they have for you matches your NHS login account.'
So I contacted the GP who didn't really help much, and they just told me to try and self-refer again. I'm a bit stressed it's this hard even to get onto the system, especially because we're away for 2 weeks when I'll be 8-10 weeks so I really want to make sure we can get an appointment at a suitable time.
Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it other than endlessly self-referring?
