Hi. What were your hcg levels at 4 weeks? Mine were 240 today. I'm having them repeated in 2 days. Just looking for some reassurance while i wait as I've had an ectopic and a chemical in the last 6 months so on high alert and panicking at everything.

The actual level doesn't really matter as they vary so massively the key is whether they increase enough over the time period.
In this pregnancy my HCG was 1200 10 days after an embryo transfer so around 4 weeks then almost 6000 day 14. I am nearly 24 weeks now..
I had a miscarriage last year with HCG of over 900 at 4 weeks but didn't get a repeat number (the IVF clinic said it wasnt necessary as the number was high) it may still have grown as I had a growing sack but might have given us a clue if it was slow.
The only way to know for sure is a viability scan at 6-8 weeks

My HCG level was 40 at 4 weeks on the dot, and I thought this pregnancy wouldn't be viable. I'm now almost 35 weeks pregnant with a very wriggly little girl x

At 5+1 mine was 14,500 😲 I had a huge bleed but everything was fine.
