TTC for a long time. Had a cysteractomy in October 2023, that was my last bleed. For the last 3 weeks my breasts have been tender, I’ve had achey ovaries and lower back. Having pcos means I don’t get these symptoms as I rarely have a period. When I have had a period I usually get spots on my face but none have appeared. To begin with I thought I was ovulating. I’m now after a little bit of help while I wait for medical advice to confirm. I read both my tests out of the time frame (absolutely silly I know!) anyone with any experience help me here, is it just evap lines or something amazing!?
