Hey!

I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and a size 22-24. Under consultant care.
I can't wait for my bump to pop, but as I'm plus sized I know it will take longer.

So my question is, if you're currently plus sized and pregnant, or have been, when did you notice your bump?

Thank you so much in advance for your responses :) xxx

Hey hun, I’m 20 weeks tomorrow and I’m size 14/16 prior to pregnancy although I haven’t gained any weight yet so I’m still fitting in my normal clothes. I basically look like I’ve had a good all you can eat buffet 🤣 What I’ve learnt in the last few weeks is to not compare to other women, we are all different. Good luck with your pregnancy x

I’m usually a size 18-20, but I didn’t start taking bump pics until 30 weeks. It was there before then, I started to notice about 24 weeks, but I didn’t really clock it was getting more obvious. I’m 36 weeks now and there’s absolutely no mistaking it 😂.

I did lose quite a bit of weight in early pregnancy because I couldn’t eat. But I’m now back up past pre pregnancy weight. My whole body shape has changed though!

Wear leggings and dresses with a belt, becomes much more obvious then. I was so worried that I wouldn’t ever look pregnant, but I can confirm that’s absolute crap and I couldn’t look any more pregnant if I tried 😂

Tall and broad size 18 , I just looked and felt bloated . My tummy was harder but I didn't have a clear bump at all , especially in work clothes.
I left work the day before I'd a CS and some colleagues didn't even know I was pregnant.

I'm a 14-16 and only noticed my bump popped 2 days ago and I gained half an inch to my tummy. Aslong as your midwife is happy baby is growing well then I wouldn't be concerned as its different for every woman. Some women have a bump in the early stages and others in the later stages

Not me but my lovely friend is currently pregnant and about a size 20. There was no visible bump until recently but last time I saw her, at 20 weeks, it was very obvious suddenly.

I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant and a size 18. I noticed myself that I was a little more bloated from about 20 weeks, but I got a visable bump (although very much b-shaped) from 27 weeks, although not a big one!

And like another poster, dresses and leggings show it off more than jeans and jumpers! And I’m still fitting in all my non pregnancy clothes. Colleagues and friends have started commenting on it in the past week so I guess I’m “showing” now 😀

I’m size 16 and popped big time 2 days ago at 26 weeks. I had a bump from 15 weeks but now there’s no mistaking it for a bit of bloat 😂

I was about the same size and never had a round bump, just a D shaped one (where it dips in around your belly button).
