Just out of interest really, how much weight had you gained by 20 weeks? I've hardly got a bump at all yet but have been eating like a pig the last few weeks and weighed this morning and have gained 9lbs. Just wondered what everyone else's looked like at this stage 😊 xx

Hey. I’m 20 weeks tomorrow barely have a bump and have lost around 2kg since being pregnant. Slightly concerned but I do have a high BMI.

Hey, with my last pregnancy I had a BMI of 30, I lost half a stone in the first trimester and by the time I was full term I'd put that back on plus only a couple of pounds. This time around my booking BMI was 25. Wondering now if that does make a difference!

Congratulations on your pregnancy 😊 xx

Thank you! I keep seeing people gaining and thinking why aren’t I? Is my baby growing?
Congratulations on yours too! X

I'm almost 20 weeks and have gained almost 14lbs 😳 I was fasting pre-pregnancy to lose weight but I have obviously stopped (mainly to to feeling nauseous if I don't eat). I am hoping it slows down a bit now...

Hey congratulations 🥰 from what I've read online it's so varied and there's so many different "normals" I've decided we should just enjoy growing our babies and worry about the number on the scale way after they're here! Xx

I had gained 15lbs by 20 weeks, however my BMI was slightly lower at booking as it was 20. There's a good app that I use called PregnancyBMI that allows you to put in your start weight and height, it then tells you how much you should gain for you. I, for example, should only gain a max of 35lb and a min of 25lbs - currently sitting at 30lb gain at 36weeks 😊Its good to see it stabilise and personally it stopped me freaking out so much!
