Did anyone develop really bad lower back ache as a sign of labour? I've had back ache on and off for several days but today it's been nonstop, I walked about a mile today and found it really difficult (did 2 miles yesterday, no real issues). Baby is very low, still have my plug but Braxton hicks have been ramping up for a few days. Just had a bath, it didn't hurt while I was in the bath but as soon as I got out it was hurting again. It doesn't come and go, it is constant.
