Protein in urine, PCR results significant or not?

I've had a urine sample sent off to test for urine PCR due to protein showing on dip stick.

Results have come back as 30mg/mmol, from what I could find online this is borderline? Can anyone confirm?

I've had problems with anyone reviewing my test results, no one bothered to inform me my ferritin was 2 for 5 weeks until I asked so just want to check for myself if I should be chasing this protein result up.
