Pregnacare: taken 2 tablets by mistake!

Hi!
I took 2 tablets of Pregnacare by mistake today - and I believe last week...will this somehow hurt the baby ?
Please advise. Thanks! xxx

What is it? Is it a multivitamin? If so, you will just wee out what your body doesn't want.
