Hi all! Complete newbie here😊

Wondering if I could get some help. I’m currently sat at 3 days late for my period as of today - I track my cycle with the Flo app and it hasn’t ever been wrong with expected period start dates. However, I’ve taken a test every day of my missed period and all been negative.

I’ve been experiencing nausea (without actually throwing up), slight/mildish cramps, bloating, slight back ache, headaches and sensitive breasts for the past 2 weeks.

Today I’ve been very bloated and noticed some blood after going to the loo. I typically have a more heavier start to my periods than this but I’m not sure this time round.

Any input/advice would be greatly appreciated or any other questions to help with figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.

Could be implantation bleeding if you had late ovulation/implantation? In which case you could get a BFP tomorrow... Do you track ovulation with opks/bbt at all or just the app algorithms? Those apps are good until they aren't... Haha. If you've not tracked by actual official signs of ovulation you may have just had a random longer cycle. If you count back 12-16 days from now, did you DTD in that window? Anyway, I'd say retest for sure. Good luck!
