Yellow discharge

Hello, only about 4 weeks pregnant so very early but since testing positive I have noticed yellow discharge and possibly a bit of a smell. Will a home infection test from Boots suffice or if that's negative should I go to my GP?

I’d go to your gp - could be UTI, STI, BV or yeast infection
