So am pretty much 34 weeks pregnant and one of my nipples seems to have two fully functioning holes and is leaking tiny bit, it’s very bored. And the other seems to have one hole and like a build up of milk ballooning under the tip and is more pointed. I was wondering is this a partially developed hole or underdeveloped nipple? Is it something they will cause issues ? I didn’t bf with baby one as I had hg and was too dehydrated to produce anything.
