Speckles of blood. No movement 19 weeks what to do?

I've been feeling little fluttering rummaging movements every day for few weeks but only started to feel kicks past week. Had them 2 days In a row over weekend. Yesterday I didn't feel any of the little movements I've been feeling for few weeks and I have them every day.
I also past 2 days have a change in bowel habits. I've suddenly went from being constipated for 5 months to having diarrhea two days in a row. This morning I also had some tiny speckles in blood when I wipe. This is on going when I pee.
I don't know what to do.
Do I contact my midwife?
I've got my anomaly scan on Thursday
Would they just advise I wait anyway? Or would they bring me in tomorrow for bloods or anything of any sort. I don't know
. I've never been pregnant before.
Are movements inconsistent seeing its still early or is this worrying that they've suddenly stopped after having them every day for weeks. I'd just appreciate some advice.

I’ve always been told a change in movement - either too much or reduced then to contact triage. I know some places will say it’s normal to not have a pattern or movement until later on but if you’ve not been feeling well with diarrhoea then it’s definitely worth getting checked.
Personally I would phone your local maternity triage just now and explain the situation. I wouldn’t hold off until Thursday. If you get no where with Triage then I’d phone your midwife first thing.
I’m sure everything will be okay but no harm getting checked.

I’d also contact maternity triage. Always better to get checked out quickly than not.

Definitely call local maternity. Im sure they would happily monitor baby's heartbeat for you, to put your mind at rest even. Don't wait till Thursday. Xx

Personally I’d call, but because of the blood, not the lack of movement. They’re so small and it’s only been a day, I don’t think you need to or should expect to have consistent movement at that point. Lots of people will disagree with me and I’m not a dr, but that would just be what I’d think if it was me. I’m saying this because I think sometimes it’s easy to panic when you get responses saying go to hospital. so just wanted to offer another opinion on that bit.

however the bleeding I think is worth calling, and since you have the two combined it’s probably worth a check.
but since it’s a small amount of blood and only a day with no movement at such an early stage, I wouldn’t think the worst, just better to be safe and call. Good luck

I would call the maternity unit and seek some advice. I bled through my pregnancy with DS and the midwife told me off properly when I didn't go and get checked out after a small bleed.
