7 weeks pregnant symptoms vanished

Currently 6+6 after a 5 day embryo transfer. I've been getting very strong positives since about 4 weeks and have been having dye stealers for the last 2 weeks.
I'm lucky that my symptoms haven't been severe. But I did have fatigue which has drastically worsened in the last week or so and have needed naps for like 5 hours on some of the days which isn't like me at all. I've also had really sore boobs and they've gone up a cup size and my nipples have changed. I've also been really bloated and been having some light cramping since transfer. And extremely bloated. 4 days ago I started getting nauseated and have vomited twice. However all my symptoms seemed to have vanished overnight and have stayed that way for the last 2 days. I'm still slightly tired but nowhere near as bad and I'm not nauseated anymore my boobs are ever so slightly sore but hardly. I'm convinced I'm going to have a miscarriage and everything on Google says the same. I'm due to have an early pregnancy scan on Wednesday but I feel like I know what they're going to say. I'm so low and defeated. It's taken so long to get here. Does anyone have any reassurance or similar stories? I tested today and had dye stealer still but I know you can still get positive tests when having a silent miscarriage.

Over the years, under many different names, I’ve read so many of these type scenarios. It’s stressful on early pregnancy because the symptoms are all there are to help reassure ourselves. I just googled, ‘do early symptoms come and go?’ And got this, ‘As your hormones are fluctuating and your body is changing, it is certainly common for early pregnancy symptoms to “come and go”.’

Everything you describe sounds normal but I understand the anxiety.

Thank you for your reply! It's so frustrating during this first trimester and everything contradicts itself as well. Like I've seen what you quoted on Google and I've also seen if your symptoms vanish this is a cause for concern. Like which one is it! It's awful

This is me! Was feeling so rough most of last week. Not being sick but very nauseous and weak - was worried about my weekend plans.

Felt a bit better on Friday. Yesterday completly back to normal - was out seing 2 seperate sets of friends for almost 12 hours feeling fine. Woken up today feeling good too!

I feel very nervous about this but so far my symptoms have been up and down. I'm 7+1.

Also I've read it's normal for symptoms to come and go. I've got my booking appointment tomorrow so will ask the midwife too and let you know. I do still feel different to normal - really dehydrated, waking up at 4/5 and a bit off but it's completly different to how I felt earlier in the week.
