freaking out badly

so my car has been making a whistling noise for about a month now didnt think anything of it, gets louder when I accelerate, but today I went out , had my ac on the whole time, about an hour in suddenly it sounds like a really really loud racing car or motorbike especially when accelerating I was so so embarassed I had the windows up to
I was in the car with the loud exhaust noise for about 20 minutes going home
upon goggling it it says exhaust leak or the muffler has a hole in it now Im panicking ive been breathing in toxic fumes, or carbon monoxide and im 22 weeks pregnant !
I dont know what to do so worried its effected my poor baby or I could still die today from the fumes ive just breathed in? my partner and mum said dont worry fumes wont go in the main car area but I dont know I shouldn't of goggled maybe

My midwife made me do a carbon monoxide breathalyser on my booking appointment to make sure we didn't have a leak, apparently everyone has to do one although wasn't offered on my first pregnancy. You could call them and ask if they have one and ask to come in and do one?

I did have a carbon monoxide reading 3 days ago! was 2 which is fine in the mist of these car troubles, but not while the loud noises happened this just happened today so worried about this

just worried from today mainly worried I was sat in my car with the ac on for 40 minutes maybe then drive somewhere took 20, with ac still on ( couldn't smell any fumes ) but ik cm is odourless, then suddenly this loud noise! then I went straight home which was 25 minutes in the car with this noise happening loudly

I have no symptoms other than stress form this! no headaches not dizzy etc

I would imagine you're likely fine, especially if no unusual nausea or dizziness etc, but can always ring them and explain and ask them to do it again

I would also imagine you’re okay due to no symptoms but you could try contact your midwife or maternity triage for reassurance?

I feel like if the general opinion is im fine ill leave it as I feel like ive already rang them a lot if I develop symptoms tonight ill ring but so far im fine just annoyed at myself for not having window open..
