I dont know if im being dramatic probably but since ive been told knocks or falls need an anti d injection because of my blood type im worried about any knock

just now I went to the toilet and went to get into bed but I put my right leg up then fell onto my side into bed

I dot know but now im thinking was this a big impact to my bump on the side it did kinda hurt a little bit
some tell me im being dramatic please 😞

That's good. Always best to check I think and that's not silly at all.
