Hey ladies! Longtime lurker; first time poster!
I had a MMC late last year and am now heading into week 12, with next scan 5 days away!
so nervous about it. Anything to help like what to watch out for in terms of positive or negative signs of how things are progressing?
feeling unprepared or in the dark is the worst part of this process!
keeping fingers crossed for all ladies in here with their journeys! May our dreams come true! Thank you all/

Absolutely know how you feel, the wait between finding out and the 1st scan is long especially when you have had MMC before.. All you can do is try and assume everything is fine unless there are symptoms that suggest otherwise (pain and/or bleeding and even then it's not necessarily bad) I had a scan at 8 weeks and was still very very nervous at the 12 week one, also at the 20 week tbh but slightly less so..it does get easier.
Had zero symptoms so can't help on that front only thing I ever had was a bit of brown discharge but no sickness, fatigue or anything. Hang in there just take one day at a time and try your best not to overthink or catastrophise (I did both!)

I just want to wish you so much luck for your scan! I had MMC last week and was left in utter shock as I had no reason to think there was anything wrong so I can only imagine how you feel now going for your scan. It's very likely everything is ok but I completely understand the worry. Lots of luck 🩷
