Testing negative 8dp5dt

I think I am out - as all the thread people say you should be positive by now after a 5 day embryo transfer - trying not to cry - would you say I’m out even though clinic said test day is Sunday (12days) - shall I stop taking medication?

@Claire5884 while I don't want to give false hope , you don't always test positive by 8dp.
My official test date was 12dp 5dt . Did a test and it was the faintest line ever. I could barely see it and questioned if it was positive or negative so I contacted my gp for bloods
I'd tested 7dp and 10dp and both stark white

@LiIacMoon thanks - not given false hope at all - it’s just every time you see a post about 8dp5dt it’s all positive results so got me down a little…I guess I still have a little hope given test day is 12dpt - I guess all clinics would tell you test positive otherwise - I think given my 3 failed IUI I am just automatically expecting a negative - congratulations to you xx

Those don't look like the super sensitive tests. You might well not get a positive with those yet even if you are pregnant. Definitely do not stop taking the medication until you've reached the official test day.

@Claire5884 could you try a more sensitive test in a few days?

@LavenderSweetPea - I used a digital first response this morning and it was a no but I think they need lot of HCG levels? @LiIacMoon I only have these and clear blue, maybe I get some first response and test on Friday which is 10 days xx

I could be wrong but I feel like there is a shadow in this test - I am getting some First Response tests today but this was the only test I had in..
