Is this the plug

Hi so sorry to post this
I have woke up with slight cramping this morning almost like pressure then I went to toilet and lost this. Is this my plug or just pregnancy discharge. Thanks for reading. I'm 29 weeks and having a rough pregnancy

I would say just discharge. It is very common in third trimester to get an increase of discharge. Always good to keep an eye on it and if it increases give midwife a call. The plug tends to be pinky or red in my experience.

Just discharge. In my experience there will be several times where you wonder if it’s the plug, but when it’s the actual mucus plug there’s no wondering, you’ll know

It looks like discharge, I’m having much more discharge that looks like that in third trimester!
