Pregnant after ectopic

Hello, I got a positive pregnancy test (woohoo) following an ectopic a few months ago.
I am equal parts excited and nervous.
Question I have is - should I be getting blood tests to monitor progress? Should I be expecting an early scan? I registered for care and there was nowhere to include the info about the prior ectopic.
Is the process the same as a first time pregnancy?
I would love to know what to expect so I can advocate for myself :)

You will likely be offered an early scan at around 6 weeks to confirm the pregnancy is in the correct location. Of course if you have any worrying symptoms before then, then contact the GP/Midwife. Congratulations!

I was told to call EPU as soon as I got a positive test and they would scan me at 6 weeks. Maybe see if it is the same at your hospital?

Mine was the same as above, I was told to contact EPU directly (rather than be referred through doctor) and then they will book me in for a scan around 6 weeks
